#1 Improved Purchase Order and Line Item Statuses

We’ve refined the statuses for Purchase Orders (POs) and line items, providing clearer insights into the progress of your orders. You can now see the following intuitive statuses:

  • PO Statuses: Draft, Open, Closed, and Cancelled.
  • Line Item Statuses: Open and Closed.

#2 Goods Receipts Functionality

One of our most highly requested features is now available: goods receipts. This powerful addition allows users to:

  • Receive items for specific purchase orders.
  • Create consolidated receipts for items from multiple POs.
  • Attach files for easy tracking and documentation.
  • Generate PDF versions of receipts for internal or external use.
  • Implement accurate 3-way matching for improved accountability.

With goods receipts, staying organized and keeping a detailed record of incoming items becomes effortless, empowering you to run a tighter and more accountable purchasing.

#3 Notes for Warehouse Transactions

Users can now leave detailed notes for each warehouse transaction, providing added context and clarity around inventory movements.

Whether handling transfers between locations or receiving new shipments, these notes give your team deeper visibility into the reasons behind every transaction, promoting smoother operations across all warehouses.

#4 Custom Emails to Vendors

Supplier communication just got more personalized. You can now send customized emails alongside your POs, allowing you to:

  • Add a personal touch to your vendor relationships.
  • Convey critical instructions.
  • Provide updates that are vital for order fulfillment.

This feature strengthens communication with suppliers, all directly within the Team Procure platform.

#5 Cross-Custom Field Connections

For users who rely on custom fields to capture specific data points, we’ve introduced cross-custom field connections. Now, you can link custom fields across different forms using a single field key value, ensuring a seamless flow of information throughout your procurement workflow.

#6 On-Hand Quantities in Product Details

Users now can view up-to-date stock levels for each product directly within the product details. Additionally, we’ve added an Inventory tab under the Warehouse section, giving procurement managers a comprehensive view of item quantities across all warehouses.

This real-time visibility means you’ll never have to guess how much inventory is available, preventing stockouts or over-ordering.

#7 Custom Logo in Emails

Branding is an essential part of professionalism, and now you can include your company’s logo in all system-generated emails.

Whether for internal notifications or external communication with vendors, the ability to display your company’s branding ensures your business looks polished and professional in every interaction.
